Internal Compass, A Guide to Getting Lost, is a nature and adventure enthusiasts publication that features photo essays, short stories and survival guides on how to get free from the city grind. For the past six years a couple friends and I have traveled the majority of the United States and Canada, in search of the unknown, the wild, the free.
The book features my original photography and reflective experiences from these trips. The design takes inspiration from the systems and marks on a compass and map by using coordinates for the books folios and trail markings throughout.
